1. Warranty Coverage
All new boilers and parts supplied by BOILERTIME LTD are covered by the original manufacturer warranty. Workmanship related to installation, repair, and maintenance is covered under our internal workmanship warranty.
- Manufacturer warranties vary by product and are subject to manufacturer terms
- Workmanship warranty covers defects in installation and labor for a stated period
- Warranties are valid only for the original customer and property
2. Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, contact us directly with details of the issue, supporting photos, and original proof of purchase. We will assess the claim and arrange inspection or rectification where valid.
- Claims must be reported promptly upon discovery of fault
- Unauthorized repairs will void all warranties
- We reserve the right to inspect equipment before approving claims
3. Exclusions from Warranty
Warranties do not cover the following:
- Normal wear and tear, scale buildup, or system sludge
- Damage from misuse, neglect, or improper operation
- Frozen pipes, water damage, or system contamination
- Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or third-party parts
- Lack of annual servicing or maintenance
- Power surges, fire, flood, or external causes
4. Return Conditions
Returns are accepted only for unused, uninstalled, and undamaged goods in original packaging. Returns are not accepted for installed, used, or custom-fitted items.
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Goods must be returned in fully resalable condition
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable:
- Installed boilers, components, and fitted parts
- Used or damaged goods
- Custom-cut or custom-modified parts
- Electrical parts once opened or tested
- Goods showing signs of installation or wear
6. Refunds for Returns
Approved returns will be processed for refund once received and inspected. Refunds exclude original delivery charges and any return shipping costs.
All refunds are processed securely via Stripe to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your card issuer. We do not store payment details on our systems.
7. Replacement vs. Refund
For valid warranty or return claims, we may choose to repair, replace, or refund at our discretion. Replacement items will be of equivalent specification where possible.
8. Changes to Policy
BOILERTIME LTD reserves the right to update this Warranty & Returns Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
