1. Scope & Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of boiler services by BOILERTIME LTD, including installation, replacement, repair, maintenance, and related products. By engaging our services, you confirm acceptance of these terms.
All services are provided to residential and commercial clients in compliance with UK safety and industry standards.
2. Quotations & Pricing
Quotations are valid for [14] days unless stated otherwise. Final pricing may be adjusted if site conditions, boiler specifications, or additional works differ from the initial assessment.
Prices include labor and stated materials only; any extra parts or access work will be advised and agreed before commencement.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is required as agreed prior to or upon completion of service, unless a written payment schedule is provided.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store full payment card details. Payments are non-refundable once services or materials have been fully provided.
4. Service Performance
Our technicians are certified professionals. We perform work safely, efficiently, and in line with manufacturer guidelines and UK regulations.
You are responsible for providing safe, clear access to the property and boiler system. Delays caused by restricted access or unforeseen site issues may result in additional charges.
5. Installation & Replacement
All installations comply with relevant building and heating regulations. Any required certification will be provided where applicable.
New boilers and parts are subject to manufacturer warranties; we provide installation workmanship warranty as specified at the time of sale.
6. Repairs & Maintenance
Repair services aim to restore functionality but do not guarantee against future faults in older systems. Regular maintenance is recommended to ensure efficiency and longevity.
We do not accept liability for pre-existing damage or system weaknesses discovered during service.
7. Liability & Limitation
Our liability is limited to the total cost of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss including downtime, property damage not caused by negligence, or loss of income.
We are not responsible for third-party equipment, parts not supplied by us, or improper use of the boiler system.
8. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a call-out fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
We reserve the right to reschedule or delay works due to weather, safety concerns, supply issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
9. Warranties & Claims
Workmanship warranties are clearly stated at the time of service. Claims must be reported in writing within the warranty period.
Warranties do not cover misuse, lack of maintenance, limescale, sludge, frozen pipes, or third-party modifications.
10. Data & Privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. Information is used solely for service delivery, payment, and communication.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal proceedings.
12. Amendments
We may update these terms without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
